Facility services as site visits and tasks, not as a clipboard at the gate
Facility services field work happens at other people’s buildings: maintenance, cleaning crews that move between sites, technicians on callouts. The operational need is who started, which site was visited, which assigned work closed, and how that sits on a calendar. Timenox 360 records that field day. It is not a computerized maintenance management system with spare-parts inventory, and it is not office attendance for people who never leave HQ.

Job cards that never leave the supervisor’s pocket
A paper job card, a photo of a completed form, and a “done” message are three different truths. If a technician is on the third site, operations still asks where they are. Hours are reconstructed from gate registers the host building owns. Facility field failure is split records: the site has a log, the chat has a status, and the company has neither in one place.
What a facilities field day includes
Provisioned technicians or crew members check in on the mobile app. Site visits represent the buildings. Tasks represent the assigned work at those buildings. Calendar holds planned rounds or callouts. Live field visibility provides geographic context. Reporting reviews what was recorded. Orders and collections appear only if your field workflow actually captures them.
How site work can stay in one product
- 01The organization provisions the field crew in the web app.
- 02Employees check in with GPS field attendance when the service day starts.
- 03Each building or campus stop is a site visit on the mobile app.
- 04Assigned tasks move through execution instead of living only on paper.
- 05Planned rounds sit on the field calendar.
- 06Operations reviews the recorded visits and tasks without collecting clipboards.
