When the only “report” is a forwarded chat export or a spreadsheet updated on Friday, exceptions are already stale. Managers spend time reconciling who visited whom instead of acting on the record. Operational reporting exists so the field day can be reviewed from the same system that captured attendance, visits, and tasks.
What reporting is for
Operations reviews field activity in the web app. Reporting draws on GPS field attendance, visit and task execution, calendar context, live operational activity, and commercial recording where used. The output is an operational picture, not payroll registers, leave balances, or marketing attribution.

Questions
Is operational reporting a BI tool?
No. It is for reviewing field activity as recorded—attendance, visits, tasks, and related capture. It is not a full business-intelligence suite.
Does reporting include payroll?
No. Field work hours are operational data. Payroll and leave belong to Timenox, not Timenox 360.
Who can view reports?
Administrators and operations users in the organization, through the web app. Field employees are provisioned; there is no public reporting signup.
Can we report on live location history as a spy log?
Location supports operational context for field work. Timenox 360 is not marketed as surveillance software, and reporting is framed as operational review, not watching employees.
