Cookie Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies on the Timenox 360 marketing website. It does not copy analytics or advertising tools from other Timenox properties unless those tools are actually present here.
This document is a professional draft for legal review. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Session cookies are usually deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers www.timenox360.com / timenox360.com as a static marketing website. The Timenox 360 web application at app.timenox360.com may set additional authentication and security cookies required to sign in; those application cookies are not inventoried on this marketing site and should be treated as part of the application, not as extra marketing trackers.
3. Essential and hosting cookies
The marketing website may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, load balancing, or content delivery if the hosting or CDN infrastructure requires them. We do not list invented cookie names. If a host sets a cookie, it is for operating the site, not for advertising.
4. What this marketing website does not currently use
As of the last updated date, the Timenox 360 marketing website does not include Google reCAPTCHA, advertising pixels, or a cookie-consent management platform. Those tools are not claimed here. Analytics cookies are described in the Analytics section below.
5. Client storage used by the site
The site may use in-browser session storage or similar mechanisms associated with Astro view transitions so navigation feels faster. That is not a third-party advertising cookie. The contact form posts to a configured endpoint; it does not set a documented first-party marketing cookie in application code.
6. Authentication cookies
Signing in to Timenox 360 happens on the application origin, not on this marketing website. Authentication cookies, CSRF tokens, and session identifiers belong to that application and are necessary to keep you signed in and to protect the account.
7. Preferences
This marketing website does not currently persist a documented preference cookie (for example language). If a pricing-region toggle is stored locally in the browser, it is for display convenience on that page.
8. Analytics
The Timenox 360 marketing website (timenox360.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, engagement, and whether a contact enquiry was submitted successfully. This measurement applies to the marketing website only. It is not used to measure the Timenox 360 application at app.timenox360.com or other Timenox properties.
Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish sessions and visitors. Event parameters sent to Google Analytics do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, message contents, or other form field values.
Google LLC processes this analytics data as a service provider for the marketing website. Google’s own notices apply to Google’s processing: Google Privacy Policy.
9. Security and performance
Hosting providers may use cookies or equivalent signals to mitigate abuse, rate-limit traffic, or cache content. Those controls are security and performance measures, not advertising.
10. Third-party services actually relevant here
Google Analytics is loaded from Google for the marketing website as described in the Analytics section. Official App Store and Google Play badges link to those stores; visiting those destinations is subject to Apple’s or Google’s own policies. The contact form may POST to an automation webhook configured for the deployment; that is a server-to-server or browser POST of form fields, not a cookie we set for advertising. Payment, if initiated from the application, is handled by the processor shown at checkout—not by this marketing page.
11. How long cookies last
Session cookies last for the browsing session. Hosting cookies last according to the infrastructure provider. Google Analytics cookies typically persist for up to two years unless you delete them sooner. Application authentication cookies last according to the application’s session policy (for example until logout or expiry).
12. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This marketing site does not currently present a consent banner; browser controls remain the primary on-site management tool. Blocking all cookies may affect hosted security features. Disabling cookies on the application origin may require you to sign in again.
13. Consent
Essential cookies do not require consent in many jurisdictions. Analytics cookies described in this policy may be set when you load the marketing website. This site does not currently present a consent banner. Where applicable law requires prior consent before analytics cookies are set, we will introduce an appropriate mechanism.
14. Opt-out
You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Advertising-network opt-out pages are not applicable because this marketing website does not use advertising pixels.
15. Impact of disabling cookies
On this marketing website, disabling cookies should not prevent reading content. On the application, disabling cookies may prevent sign-in, preference persistence, and some security checks.
16. Updates
We will update this policy when our cookie practices change. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
