Solutions
Make customer and site visits visible as work, not as chat check-ins
The problem is the unverifiable stop. Someone said they reached the customer. Someone else said the site was closed. The planned list lived in a notebook. By evening, operations cannot tell planned visits from actual visits. Timenox 360 treats customer visits and site visits as field activities with calendar, tasks, live context, and optional order or collection recording. This is not a CRM pipeline page.

Stops that cannot be reviewed while they still matter
If the only proof of a visit is a message, you cannot reassign a missed stop in time, and you cannot see who is still on site. Photos of storefronts in a gallery are not a visit register. Customer-visit failure is an operations failure: the work happened, or it did not, and the system of record was a thread.
What a visit record is for
A customer visit is work at a customer location. A site visit is work at an operational site that may not be a customer record. Field employees execute on the mobile app. Operations reviews in the web app. Calendar holds the plan. Tasks capture work at the stop. Orders and collections can be recorded where those workflows are used—without becoming an ERP.
How teams stop losing visits to chat
- 01Put planned customer and site visits on the field calendar instead of a private list.
- 02Provision employees who will execute those visits on Android and iOS.
- 03Record visit activity in Timenox 360 as the stop happens.
- 04Read live field visibility as context for open visits, not as a substitute for the visit record.
- 05Review completed and missed work in operational reporting the same day.
Capabilities
Planned versus actual
Calendar and visit records let operations compare the intended stops with what was recorded.
Customer and site coverage
Not every stop is a named customer. Site visits cover facilities, delivery points, and similar work.
Work at the stop
Tasks and optional commercial capture can sit with the visit so the stop is not an empty checkmark.
Admin review
The web app is where organizations see visit activity without scrolling a group chat.
Who loses visits to messages
Field sales and distribution, facility services, retail merchandising, and any team whose day is a sequence of other people’s locations. Administrators who currently ask for “send location” as proof of a visit.
Visit problem versus visit product
Customer visit management software on the platform is the capability. Field sales, facility services, and retail field operations describe industry visit patterns. Orders and collections attach when the visit includes commercial capture.
FAQ
Questions
Is this a sales CRM?
No. The problem is operational visits in the field. Timenox 360 records customer and site visits as work, not as a pipeline.
What if we only do sites, not named customers?
Site visits are part of the same field model. Use them for operational locations that are not customer records.
Can a message still be our visit proof?
It can, but that is the problem this page names. Visit records exist so operations can review stops in the product.
Do employees self-register to log visits?
No. Organizations provision employees. Visits are executed on the mobile app after that access exists.
Keep customer and site visits as records, not recaps.
