Run field workforce management around attendance, visits, and tasks
Field workforce management is the operating model for people who work away from a fixed office: they check in, travel, visit customers or sites, complete assigned work, and close the day. Timenox 360 holds that model in one product. Location is operational context for attendance, visits, and tasks—not a feed for watching employees. Payroll, leave, office attendance, and office geofence workflows belong to Timenox, the sibling product at timenox.com.

Field work without a shared operating picture
When attendance lives in a spreadsheet, visits live in a chat thread, and tasks live in a manager’s memory, nobody can answer what is scheduled, in progress, or completed while the day is still moving. A map pin without that work attached is not a field operating system. Reconstructing the day after close of business is too late to reassign a missed visit or see whether a stop actually happened.
What field workforce management looks like here
Organizations set up employees in the web app and assign field work. Provisioned employees use the Timenox 360 mobile app on Android and iOS. GPS field attendance records check-in, check-out, work hours, and selfie attendance. Live visibility shows where field work is happening alongside visits and tasks. Calendar holds planned activity. Where commercial field workflows are used, orders and collections are recorded with the visit—not as inventory, invoicing, or ERP. Operational reporting reviews the day as it was captured.
How organizations run the field day
- 01Administrators provision employees and structure field operations in the web app. Employees do not create a public self-signup account.
- 02Field employees check in and check out on the mobile app with GPS-enabled field attendance and work hours.
- 03Planned customer and site visits, plus assigned tasks, sit on the field calendar so the day has a schedule.
- 04During work, live field visibility gives geographic context next to the visits and tasks in motion.
- 05Where used, employees record orders and collections against the field activity they are already in.
- 06Operations reviews attendance, visits, tasks, and activity in reporting instead of assembling recaps by hand.
Capabilities
Sites and locations
Define office locations and operational sites, assign employees to the places they work, and restrict attendance to an assigned site where that workflow is enabled. Customer records stay separate from attendance sites.
GPS field attendance
Check-in, check-out, work hours, and selfie attendance on the mobile app for field employees—not office punch clocks or HRMS leave.
Live field visibility
See field location as context for visits and assigned work. Organizations control that visibility.
Visits and tasks
Customer visits, site visits, and assigned tasks stay connected to the employee carrying them out.
Field calendar
Planned visits and work sit on a calendar so operations can see what is scheduled versus what is in motion.
Orders and collections recording
Capture field orders and collections where those workflows are used, without turning the product into an ERP.
Operational reporting
Review field activity as recorded: attendance, visits, tasks, and related commercial capture.
Who this operating model is for
Operations leads, field supervisors, and administrators who manage people working at customers, sites, and routes. It is for organizations that provision employees centrally. It is not a public marketplace for independent workers to self-register, and it is not an HRMS for payroll or office leave.
How this page connects to the rest of the platform
This page is the field workforce management overview. GPS attendance, live visibility, visits, tasks, calendar, orders, reporting, and the mobile app each have their own product pages. Problem-led pages live under Solutions. Industry workflows live under Industries. Office attendance and payroll remain on Timenox.
Sites and locations
Manage people across the places where work happens.
Organizations can define operational sites and locations, organize employees around those locations, and use location-aware attendance workflows for the teams working there. An office location, an operational site, and a customer location are not the same thing. A customer visit or site visit is field activity at a place of work — it does not turn that customer into an attendance site by default.
When site-based attendance restrictions are configured, an employee should check in at their assigned site — not at an unrelated site. This is especially relevant for construction companies, facility services, distributed operations, branches, warehouses, and project sites. Timenox 360 is workforce, location, and attendance — not construction project, materials, or equipment management.
Northstar Construction defines locations. Employees are assigned. Mobile check-in verifies the permitted site before an attendance session starts.

One workforce. Multiple locations.
Construction companies often run a head office plus several project sites. Different employees work at different sites. Administrators organize people around those operational locations. Employees use the mobile workflow for attendance at their configured location.

Assignment tells the product where the employee is expected to work. Attendance verification can be restricted to that permitted site where the organization has enabled the workflow.

FAQ
Questions
Is field workforce management the same as HRMS?
No. Timenox 360 is field workforce management software for attendance in the field, visits, tasks, live visibility, and operational reporting. HRMS, payroll, leave, and office attendance belong to Timenox at timenox.com.
Can employees sign up for Timenox 360 themselves?
No. Organizations provision employees. There is no public employee self-signup. Field staff use the Android or iOS app after the organization grants access. Administrators use the web app.
Does this replace a tracking-only map product?
A location pin is not the product. Live field visibility sits next to attendance, visits, and tasks so operations see work in geographic context, not a surveillance feed.
Where do orders and collections fit?
Where field teams record orders or collections during visits, Timenox 360 captures that activity with the operational day. It is recording, not ERP, inventory, or invoicing.
