Field sales and distribution work as visits, not as a notebook in a bag
Field sales and distribution work is a sequence of customer stops: a beat, a dealer, a distributor point. The operational need is to know who started the field day, which visits happened, which tasks were attached, and—where the workflow includes it—which orders or collections were recorded. Timenox 360 is that field picture. It does not replace inventory, invoicing, or a full ERP.

The beat that only exists in a book
When the official beat is a paper list and the official order is a photo of a notepad, operations cannot see the day until someone types it later. Chat confirmations (“reached the outlet”) do not produce a visit record. Collection cash is counted at night with no link to the stop. Distribution field failure is usually a recording failure, not a lack of kilometers travelled.
What the field day looks like in this industry
Provisioned sales or distribution employees check in on the mobile app. Planned customer visits sit on the calendar. Live field visibility gives geographic context for the beat. Orders and collections can be recorded at the stop. Tasks cover non-order work such as a display check. Administrators review the recorded day in the web app. Payroll and leave stay on Timenox.
How a distribution field day runs
- 01The organization provisions field sales or distribution employees in the web app.
- 02Employees check in with GPS field attendance when the beat starts.
- 03Customer visits are executed on Android or iOS against the planned calendar.
- 04Where used, orders and collections are recorded with the visit—not as warehouse fulfillment.
- 05Tasks capture extra work at the outlet that is not an order line.
- 06Operations reviews attendance, visits, and capture in reporting instead of a night-time notebook dump.
Capabilities
Beat as visits
Customer visit management turns outlet stops into operational records, not chat pings.
GPS field attendance
Check-in and check-out bound the selling or delivery-adjacent field day.
Order and collection recording
Capture commercial events during the visit without claiming ERP, stock, or tax engines.
Live context on the beat
Location sits with visits so a pin is readable as a stop, not as surveillance.
Mobile-first execution
The work happens on the official Android and iOS app after the organization grants access.
Who this industry page is for
Operations and sales operations people who manage outlet-facing field staff. It is not a marketplace for independent distributors to self-signup, and it is not a claim of named brand customers.
Adjacent product and problem pages
Orders and collections and visit management are the product surfaces. The customer visits solution names unverifiable stops. Country pages describe market context without inventing local warehouses we do not operate.
FAQ
Questions
Does Timenox 360 manage distributor inventory?
No. Field employees can record orders and collections during visits. Inventory and ERP fulfillment are not this product.
Can beat staff create their own accounts?
No. Organizations provision employees. There is no public self-signup.
Is this a CRM for distributors?
No. It is field workforce operations: attendance, visits, tasks, and optional commercial recording.
Do we need collections if we only take orders?
No. Record the commercial events your field workflow actually uses. Visits and attendance stand on their own.
