Location collection starts when the employee checks in and stops when they check out. Outside the session there is no session and no location visibility. Timenox 360 is not 24/7 tracking.
The organization controls access and visibility
Organizations provision employees and administrators, define sites and geofences, and decide who sees operational activity. Employees never self-register or create an organization account.
A secure cloud platform, described honestly
Timenox 360 is delivered as a cloud platform with an employee mobile app and an admin web portal. This page does not claim certifications, encryption inventories, or retention windows that are not published.
Transparent to the people carrying the phone

During an active attendance session, Timenox 360 may collect location updates in the background to provide field-work visibility. The session begins when the employee checks in and ends when the employee checks out, subject to device permissions, operating-system behavior, connectivity, and other technical conditions.
