Field workforce security and privacy
Timenox 360 uses location to support field operations under the Employer’s control. This page does not invent certifications, encryption inventories, or unpublished retention windows.
Location data lifecycle
During an active attendance session, Timenox 360 may collect location updates in the background to provide field-work visibility. The session begins when the employee checks in and ends when the employee checks out, subject to device permissions, operating-system behavior, connectivity, and other technical conditions.
This is field operations visibility, not employee surveillance. It is not 24/7 tracking. Unpublished sampling intervals should not be inferred. ThePrivacy Policyis the primary description of location processing.

What this product is not
Timenox 360 is not marketed as employee surveillance software. It is not an HRMS, payroll, leave, or office-attendance product. Those office and HR workflows belong to Timenox. Timenox 360 does include GPS-enabled field attendance as part of field workforce operations.
Who controls visibility
Organizations control operational visibility. Location supports attendance, visits, tasks, and reporting during the field day the Employer configures. This website does not publish unverified access-control or retention details.
FAQ
Security questions
How does Timenox 360 use location?
Where the organization enables location-based field attendance, an attendance session starts at check-in. During that session, Timenox 360 may collect location updates in the background, subject to device permissions and operating-system behavior. Check-out ends the session. This is not 24/7 tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
