Record field orders and collections alongside visits

Field orders and collections are commercial events that happen during field activity: an order taken at a customer stop, money collected on a route. Timenox 360 lets employees record those events on the mobile app so they stay visible with visits and tasks. This is recording, not an ERP, warehouse system, tax engine, or accounts-receivable product.

Commercial notes that never join the visit

When an order is a photo of a notepad and a collection is a voice note, finance and operations cannot see the event next to the visit that produced it. Re-keying into another system later loses the field context. Recording orders and collections in Timenox 360 keeps the commercial capture on the same field day—without claiming to replace the systems that later fulfill, invoice, or stock product.

What recording means here

Where field commercial workflows are used, a field employee records an order or a collection through the mobile application. That record becomes visible in operations alongside visits and tasks. Catalog depth, pricing engines, inventory, fulfillment, and invoicing are outside this product’s role as described on this site.

How orders and collections sit in the day

  1. 01The organization provisions field employees who use commercial capture where the workflow requires it.
  2. 02The employee is already in field work: attendance, a visit, or assigned tasks.
  3. 03On the mobile app, the employee records an order and/or a collection as part of that activity.
  4. 04Operations can see the capture with the visit and employee context rather than only in a separate ledger.
  5. 05Operational reporting includes this activity as recorded field work, not as a full finance close.

Capabilities

  • Order recording

Capture orders during field activity so the commercial event stays attached to the employee and visit context.

  • Collection recording

Capture money collected during field activity in the same operational picture as the stop.

  • Mobile capture

Recording happens on Android and iOS for provisioned employees—not through public self-signup.

  • Not ERP

Timenox 360 does not position itself as inventory, invoicing, procurement, or a full order-to-cash ERP.

  • Visible in operations

Recorded orders and collections sit with visits, tasks, and reporting for the field day.

Who records field orders and collections

Distribution and field sales teams that take orders or collect payments during customer visits. Teams that never capture money or orders in the field can still use attendance, visits, tasks, and reporting without this workflow.

Commercial capture next to operations

Orders and collections attach to visit management and the mobile app. Field sales and distribution is the industry page most often adjacent. Reporting reviews what was recorded. Pricing describes plan allowances, not local tax treatment of collections.

FAQ

Questions

Is Timenox 360 an ERP for orders?

No. Field employees can record orders and collections during field activity. Fulfillment, inventory, invoicing, and ERP processes are not what this product is.

Must every team use orders and collections?

No. Use them where those field workflows exist. Facility or logistics teams may run visits and tasks without commercial capture.

Where are orders recorded?

Through the Timenox 360 mobile application by provisioned employees, visible to operations with the rest of field activity.

Does collection recording replace accounting software?

No. It records that a collection happened in the field, with operational context. It is not a general ledger.
