What is field workforce management software?
Field workforce management software helps organizations manage people who work beyond a single office—connecting location, visits, tasks, field attendance, and operational reporting. Timenox 360 is field workforce management software for that operating model.
How does Timenox 360 differ from Timenox?
Timenox is workforce management software for office attendance and related workforce administration. Timenox 360 is the field workforce operations product. The products are interconnected and can integrate; they do not replace each other.
How do field employees start using the app?
Organizations set up and manage their workforce. Employees do not create a public self-signup account. They use the Timenox 360 mobile application after the organization provisions access, on Android and iOS.
How does field attendance work?
Timenox 360 includes GPS-enabled field attendance such as check-in, check-out, work hours, and selfie attendance on the mobile app. It is not an HRMS, payroll, leave, or office-attendance product. Those office and HR workflows belong to Timenox.
How does Timenox 360 track field employees?
Timenox 360 uses GPS-enabled field attendance and operational visibility so managers can see field activity in context of visits and tasks. An attendance session starts at check-in. During that session, location updates may continue in the background where device permissions allow. Check-out ends the session. Organizations control that visibility. Timenox 360 is not marketed as 24/7 surveillance.
Does Timenox 360 support customer visits and tasks?
Yes. Field teams can run customer and site visits, keep planned work on a calendar, and execute assigned tasks. Where used, they can also record orders and collections alongside that activity—without turning Timenox 360 into an ERP.
Is Timenox 360 employee surveillance software?
No. Timenox 360 is an operations platform. GPS-enabled field operations and workforce visibility support attendance, visits, tasks, and operational context. Organizations control that visibility. It is not marketed as employee surveillance.
