Location is not collected merely because the app is installed. An active attendance session begins at check-in. During that session, location updates may continue in the background where device permissions allow. Check-out ends the session. This is not 24/7 tracking, and it is not marketed as employee surveillance.

During an active attendance session, Timenox 360 may collect location updates in the background to provide field-work visibility. The session begins when the employee checks in and ends when the employee checks out, subject to device permissions, operating-system behavior, connectivity, and other technical conditions.

Is GPS field attendance the same as office geofence attendance?
No. Timenox 360 field attendance is for people working beyond a single office: GPS check-in, check-out, work hours, and selfie attendance. Office attendance and office geofence workflows belong to Timenox.
Does field attendance calculate payroll?
No. Timenox 360 records field attendance and work hours as operational data. Payroll processing is not part of this product.
Do employees need to create their own accounts?
No. The organization provisions employees. They use the mobile app after that access exists. There is no public self-signup.
Is selfie attendance required?
Selfie attendance is part of the field attendance capability on the mobile app. How your organization uses it is an operational choice, not a marketing claim about every customer.
